Misaligned/Crowded Teeth

This patient has overlapped and crooked teeth. Crowded and crooked teeth are very common smile complaint. These teeth are unattractive and can also contribute to periodontal disease because it is difficult to clean them. The patient's upper arch form was also narrow and tilted inward, leading to an unattractive smile. The solution was to place porcelain crowns on the upper teeth to give her a straighter, wider, and more beautiful smile.

This patient has overlapped teeth, an old porcelain bridge, different colored teeth, different shapes, a narrow arch form, and uneven gums. The old, opaque porcelain metal bridge has dark lines, which is aesthetically poor. The solution was periodontal recontouring to correct the gum height and porcelain veneers, porcelain crowns, and a porcelain bridge, to obtain this wonderful result.
